DELIVERY/POSTAGE
* Flockofwheels have chosen as standard 2nd Class postage via Royal Mail on any product purchases. Select item(s) only will be made available for premium postage options such as Signed for . Flockofwheels reserves the right to alter delivery provider, class option at any time pre-sale and post-sale. If you have any queries contact flockofwheels@outlook.com.
* Purchased item(s) on Etsy will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
* Purchased item(s) on Etsy will be shipped to the address submitted by you the customer. Flockofwheels accepts no liability if shipped to details incorrectly submitted by you the customer. No refund will be given in this circumstance.
* Flockofwheels does accept contact from you the customer post-sale pre-postage in attempts to amend shipping details. Contact via email at: flockofwheels@outlook.com
POP UP COURSES
* Flockofwheels Pop Up Course bookings will be made via third party medium Eventbrite.
* Flockofwheels Pop Up Courses will comply with Eventbrite Organizer T&C's https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/help/en-gb/articles/313813/organizer-terms/
* In the event of unforeseen circumstances that results in a flockofwheels Pop Up Course being cancelled flockofweels will comply with Eventbrite's Cancelled Event Policy https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/help/en-gb/articles/724340/eventbrites-cancelled-event-policy/ and Organizer Refund Policy https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/help/en-gb/articles/827759/eventbrites-organizer-refund-policy-requirements/
BEHAVIOUR
* Flockofwheels does not condone or permit any unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bulling across any mediums in which flockofwheels are associates. As such flockofwheels reserves the right to disable association on all online social forums.
* Flockofwheels further reserve the right to not communicate with anyone displaying such behaviour, report within rights written out in law, request a customer to leave an event.
Return and Refund Policy
Flock of Wheels do not accept any returns or exchanges on products purchased via this site, via The Old Forge or via our online Etsy store. This decision has been made in light of COVID19 that is still prevalent, we wish to protect all of our customers. All products will be hand selected by ourselves or our representative, and at point of sale inspected ensuring the product quality and conformance.
Flock of Wheels will be holding future pop up courses. If you have bought a place on a course and in advance of 5 business working days prior to course/event date you find yourself unable to attend we urge you to contact us at flockofwheels@outlook.com to inform us as soon as your able. You will have options to request full refund or convert into Event Credit for you to book onto a future course of the same value, within a year of your initial contact with flockofwheels. If a full refund is opted for, allow 3 business working days. The timeframe 'in advance of 5 business days' reflects time required to resell course availability. If you are within the 5 business working days prior to course/event date still get in touch, we are understanding humans and endeavour to make sure all don't lose out. Discretionary agreements can be made, that if we can resell your place a full refund can be issued. Any no shows will NOT get a refund.
